We had such a great experience with this company during our kitchen remodel. Jim and Shad both went above and beyond, throughout the entire process. They always showed up when they said they would, finished the job a day earlier than expected, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Jim and the team at Freedom Kitchen and Bath did an excellent job on our kitchen cabinet refacing and counter replacement. They were timely and professional providing clear communication of schedule, cost, and work to be done. They also replaced all of the floor tile in our home (about 1600 sf) with new tile and the outcome was excellent. We are absolutely delighted with our remodeled kitchen! Jim, Shad, and the crew were among the best we’ve ever had in our 4 decades of remodeling projects. The project began on the projected start date and completed earlier than promised--in just 4 days! The workmanship was flawless. We replaced most of our appliances and they all work. We replaced our center island, and it looks wonderful! We now have all the storage we’ve wanted since moving in 5 years ago. Shad cleaned up before he left everyday which we really appreciated. I could not be more pleased with the work from Freedom Kitchen and Bath. Although this was just a small guest bathroom project, they treated it with the same care and attention as if it were a large renovation. From the beginning, Jim came out to provide an estimate that was far below another company that had previously bid the job. He was professional, easy to work with, and very pleasant throughout the entire process. Shad was our installer, and he was excellent. Before hanging any lights, fixtures, or other items, he always checked with us to be sure the placement was exactly where we wanted it. His attention to detail and communication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I only wish I had found them sooner.
